DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

As 1 of the leading real estate companies I'm very disappointed with the service. There is a particular unit that I want to rent but I've been blocked from all angles. I was told that my affordability is low then was asked if I have a saving account which I had and submitted the documents however that also did not help even though my saving account has close to 100k in it. A bit of leniency should be given since we are facing a pandemic and I was willing to pay the rent 6 months in advance as a sign of good faith. This unit is exactly what I'm looking for and right now I'm sitting with no place to stay because I've never been declined by any real estate company. It makes me wonder if the color of my skin is the issue since I can afford to pay the rent or there are other factors involved.
