Disappointed at how Chas Everitt have handled my complaint

Very bad and disappointing service from a Witbank branch. They rented out my property in 2020 and their tenants moved out in at the end of February 2021. The agency seems to be siding with the bully tenant the rented my property to. My property is damaged by their tenants and it’s almost 2 months now after they moved out and I’m still fighting with them to fix my property. I have told them that all these delays are affecting me negatively financially and compromising my property sale deal. New owner should occupy the premises and they can not move in while the house is in the bad state. I have exercised all my options with the branch and no joy in getting the matter resolved.
