I have rented a property from Chas Everitt Polokwane , for two years. Unfortunately I had to vacate the place as my position became redundant. Two months prior the property was inspected and I have fixed and cleaned where applicable. After I have vacated the place I had to wait 31 days for my deposit to be paid back. The money I received was questionable ? I have raise my concern,Christell than forward me the outgoing inspection report , I have responded a day later but with several follow ups and WhatsApp messages , I finally got an answer that Elza has agreed to repay a portion of the maintenance money back. Many days later and messages to Elza,money has not been refunded.
