If you were considering chas everitt to manage your property think twice before doing so. Specifically christell du plessis I bought a house and they were working with the previous owner and when it was finally my time to move to my house they failed to tell their tenants to move out i had to even physically remove them my self Elida Rossouw told me straight that there is nothing they can do to help me move in if their previous tenants don’t want to move out.. so please before using them think twice
