Chas Everitt Westrand - Disappointing :(

Bought a property from Chas Everitt Westrand. It has been almost a year and the last I ever saw the agent was 2 days after viewing the property to sign the OTP. Keys were handed from the previous owner, no inspections done, so much more wrong than what was disclosed but we soldiered on. We were firt time buyers and required the guidance from the agent regarding what is law. This entire experienced has truly ruined it for me and I now have very little faith in the property market and truly regret my decision choosing a world renown agency above a small business that I did not know of yet got the best service from even though I did not buy through them. Being angry is a waste of time but I am highly disappointed in the service received and wish I read the reviews on the agency before making my decision.
