Chas Everitt Tygervalley - What a bunch of fools

We have put in an offer to purchase on the 14th of October, estate agent John Petersen presented offer to seller on the 15th of October. He contacted my husband to inform they are makeing changes to purchase offer and my husband told him he will not accept any changes to purchase offer. We had meeting with John and he insured us even though clause was changed from transfer of property to take place on the 31st of January 2017 to seller finding a property transfer will still take place we have no need to worry, We intialed on his promise... He also removed clause that property will no longer be marketed. My husband went to Chas offices the Monday morning to speak to their dealer principle Charl whom just politely told him if you want to cancel offer you will be liable for our commission.

We we pushed to go ahead with purchase, on the 8th of November yet again we were pushed to make decision on finalizing bank for the bond, The Wednesday morning I was informed by ESI attorneys John has informed them seller still has not found a property on transaction was put on hold.

I have send more than 1 mail to the Chas team and still no reply, I was just informed by ESI transfer is unlikely to take place 31st Jan. We have already given notice to our landlord for the 31st of Jan.

They have no compassion and understanding for our concerns.
