One individuals name Shaan Courtenay from the Sandton branch If I have ever seen such a 2 faced woman this would be her! She is a **** and only nice to you when she has something to gain, once she has gotten it you as good as *** S%^t. She is also the woman who loves to cover defects up so that clients do not notice as I have witnessed this 1st hand. She lacks customer service and honesty not only that but I think that between her and her blond ***** partner that they would both be suited in an area which thrives on gossip because that's clearly what they enjoy and as we say "nothing brings a group of idiots together quicker then something which has nothing to do with them" This woman will be the downfall of this branch and trust me I will not stop till justice is served to someone who could not give a damn about anything else other than filling her own pocket
