Chas Everitt RUSTENBURG - I want my money - group of unprofessionals

I have never met a bunch of unprofessionals like the Everitt in RUSTERNBURG.

I am still waiting for my money for 3 months now (Which the tenant paid). I was dealing with an unprofessional agent by the name of Kerry then I requested her to be changed only to find out I'm getting a real amateur.

My rental amount came short by R1300 and then I was told that it was for cleaning which firstly I did not know nor agree to any cleaning of that amount. Secondly I am wondering what type of cleaning would cost that much for a two bedroom apartment. Thirdly the tenant stated when he moved in the place was so dirty no cleaning was done. The so called agent (Janka) that is supposed to be professional always tells me she is busy sorting it out (whenever she feels like responding to my countless emails).

WARNING, Never use Chas Everitt Rustenburg unless you want a headache, rather manage the property yourself. Believe me on this one, I have seen this with two different agents from the same company.
