CHAS EVERITT REPRESENTATIVES ARE THEVIES AND ***** WHO THINK THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW!!!!!

Chas Everitt are the worse, Rhona Boshoff from the Glenvista branch is the most ***********, inefficient, rude and dishonest agent we have come across. She got us a house April 2019, and to date we are having endless trouble having issues sorted since Inspection, an account recon that she refuses to do. The landlord is greedy, he just wants money but refuses to fix things.

Since November 2019, the gate motor has been broken, over 10 emails, SMS and WhatsApp messages have been sent to Rhona and landlord and nothing has been done, subsequently last night we had a break in on the property and the gate motor was ******.

We notified Rhona at 10:10 and the landlord, no one has bothered to call us. Rhona sends an SMS saying she cant communicate with us telephonically because of our complaint with the rental housing tribunal, how does that excuse an agent from their duties? Can we not pay rent until the complaint is resolved? until our monies is paid back because Rhona has been dishonest on our rental amount as well as monies we had to fork out from us for 2 previous tenants? Or maybe not pay rent until ALL the issues at the property are fixed.

What's good for Rhona and the landlord surely is good for us. Rhona and the landlord both seem to think they are above the law and that they aren't governed by any institution.

I will sue Chas Everitt for getting our family into this mess, for dishonesty, for not upholding the rental housing act. Further to that I will share ALL written and recorded telephonic conversations with newspapers and Carte Blanche to make the public aware of unhanded and dishonest agents and greedy landlords.
