Hats off to Kerry Lewis of Chas Everitt Rentals in Johannesburg for the excellent and above expectation service provided on the rental of my daughter's small flat. I was impressed with Kerry's presentation when we first met her, and her patience while we considered all the options and decided to proceed with the rental was appreciated. Most impressive of all was that after her team failed to perform as well as one would have liked (changes in the team and medical absence of team member contributed, as well as changes in the market), Kerry personally took this rental on - and has provided excellent assistance. Her patience in explaining every step of the process has been very helpful.
