Let me explain why I am overly frustrated and lifting my opinion.

When I requested their services, I also directed them to a lawyer friend of mine to help them qith their legal matters on a special agreement.

They then concluded the agreement with my friend and they receive a good benefit for this

When I moved in, the place was dirty. My move was actually delayed because they told me to wait, because they want to clean the place first.

So I delayed my move from Pta to Polokwane and as a result cost me more.

When I moved into the premises I the place was not cleaned:

1. Double sided tape on the walls 2. Brownish stains on bedroom wall 3. Broken cupboard doors through the place 4. The most disgusting garden you have laid eyes upon 5. No shower grid 6. Various broken drawers in the kitchen 7. Duat everywhere 8. ****** wrappera outside in the garden and some old **** like a floor.at and stuff 9. The toilet leaks 10. The cold water tap does not work in the bathroom

However, now that I moved out I was working with a lady called Ria. She has been IGNORING me for a WHOLE WEEK and now this morning I informed her of my intention to complain. Her response: I will get back to you

I have been out of the premises MORE than a week already, almost TWO WEEKS!

There was an inspection done prior to me moving out when I was informed that I will get an email stating what needs to be done

Now look, I gave the place back in a better condition than I received it and now this lady presents the audacity to inform me of a deduction

Where the hell is my email stating what needdd to be done?

You did not send it. Still you tell me it is deducted.

This is the most ********* way of business and you know, is the same **** with every god**** rebtal agency you come across.

I told them to hurry because I have things to do and places to go abroad - but they just ignore.

So now I have to waste my time complaining online.

Goood God man I hooked these people with good lawyers on a ****** awesome agreement and they want to deduct money for cleaning which I did?

Now I am off the the ombudsman and then Chas Everitt head office.
