CHAS EVERITT -- NEVER USE THEM AS YOUR AGENTS!!

DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS, THEY WILL LIE AND NOT KEEP THE COMMITMENTS THEY MAKE TO YOU. We bought a property through them and are having problems with the stove two months into buying the property. I have spoken to the branch principal agent, Sandra van der Merwe, countless times; they did not want to help -- until I looked for legal advise on the matter and also spoke to the transfer attorneys who worked on the sale of the property who enquired as to the validity of the COC issued against the property. Then she called to say that the stove and house were 20 years old so we should account for wear and tear! Two months in to buying the property!!! On my protesting this, she then asked if we would put the matter to rest if she sent someone to fix it. I agreed provided I receive a workmanship warantee of some sort to avoid further trouble. She agreed. IT'S BEEN DAYS THAT WE'VE BEEN SITTING WITH A BROKEN STOVE, SHE WON'T RETURN MY CALLS, SMSs OR EMAILS. Very unprofessional if you ask me.
