Chas Everitt - Morningside, Durban - Terrible Company To Deal With!!!

I have been retrenched from my current employment & have notified Chas Everitt Property, Durban, Morningside. I currently will have no income because my wife is also unemployed, Chas Everitt is now threatening to deduct over R3000.00 from my rental deposit of R4700.00 which is unacceptable, in addition to that they claim to want me to be responsible for 2 months rental if they cannot secure a tenant, this is not my problem. How can I pay monies for nothing? Money that I do not have.
