Chas Everitt Amanzimtoti The Worst Agency in Amanzimtoti and KZN

Chas Everitt Amanzimtoti is the worst estate agency I have dealt with in KZN, and I have dealt with a lot of agencies. I moved into a property on the 1st of July 2021. Agent Suzette Grove and Nikita Odendaal were so rude, as they were not the agents that viewed the unit with me. The day I moved in they were rude, SO UNPROFESSIONAL, They did not do the inspection with me, which is ******* by the way. I was not informed that I could only move in after 12pm. The unit needed a lot of attention outside, and the deck. After 7 months of living there, and requesting this to be done and no luck, there had been movement underground and the cracks that were present already, got much worse to the point of concrete chunks falling out the WALLS. Chas Everitt Amanzimtoti was informed as well as the owner, and no one bothered to come and look to see how even the pool was affected by the serious cracks. We were told not to make use of the outside area at all, even the balcony on the second floor, due to the structural damage that had been caused. When I decided to move due to the lack of interest and money from the owner and Chas Everitt, they decided to take as much money from my deposit, because the owner could not get a rental tenant due to the state of the outside, not to mention a few inside issues that needed attention and never got sorted. I never paid my rent late or the water account, never once did the owner reduce my rent due to the state of the property. I am disgusted that the owner could then take over R6000 to cover his costs because he could not look after his own property and the fact that Chas Everitt stood by the owner to take as much money as they could from me. I hope the property is never leased out or sold. Please do not deal with Suzette or Nikita they are just happy to receive your money and don't give a dawn about you as a person. The manager Teresa I spoke to, didn't have the decency to call me back after questioning her agents lack of professionalism. They did not book an outgoing inspection with me, this is *******. They did not allow me to sort out issues they were not happy with. It's disgusting how I have been treated. Chas Everitt Amanzimtoti is the worst agency to deal with. Unprofessional, rude agents. The owner was just happy to patch the walls up and now some other innocent family must be in danger. SHOCKING!!!!
