BE CAUTIOUS

Chas Everitt Rustenburg is the worst, please be aware. They deduct an inspection fee from you when you move after your full contract period has expired and you gave them 2 months notice as well as finding them new tenants. They state the lease agreement stipulates that you will pay, upon checking the contract it says There will be and inspection fee (other than ingoing and outgoing) Is it just me or do they not understand their own contract wording?
