Bad management

<p>We stay in a complex that is run by Chas Everitt, but they allow a handful of tenants to do as they please, we have lodged complaints by them about the noisy neighbours, and all they ever do is send the rule breakers letters, even though we all had to sign a set of house rules.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is very bad management, get your act together Chas Everitt, Middelburg, Mpumalanga, South Africa.</p>

Reviewer Update
This review was done in April. We were hastily promised that these tenants would be dealt with, and asked to change my rating, or to remove my comment. That I have done...it is now October, and these tenants are still here, still breaking the rules, still making noise. This is unacceptable. If I could change this rating back to a lower one I would.
