Bad experience in my life
We were suppose to move in a house for rent thru them. It took them almost 2 week just to send us a application and then the contract. Contract was signed by us as tenants and deposit was paid in full just to be phoned back after we've submitted the documents to be told that the place is not available anymore. We already gave notice and now we have to struggle to get our deposit back. It is the worst property agency I have ever encounter in my life, so unprofessional and unsupportive. I get no feedback when I phone and enquire about our deposit.

We understand that you are disappointed at not being able to move into the property in question but we reject your assertion that we have been unprofessional and unsupportive.
Our company strives always to provide the highest levels of service and the communications trail between you and our agent shows clearly that although you viewed the property on 28 August, there were several delays in obtaining completed documentation from you until 7 September – by which time our client had unfortunately already decided to let his premises to a private tenant in order not to risk losing a month’s rent.
We also have to wait for deposits to be released for repayment, but this was expedited by us and your deposit was in fact repaid to you on 14 September.
We trust that you find all in order.
