Awaiting Deposit

If there was a zero it will go to Rustenburg branch. I'm battling to get my rental deposit from them. I'm told I have to call Louise but she's never available, in meetings I'm told. Last year December I delayed reporting them to EAAB as I was told I will get my deposit on the 4th of Jan. I'm disappointed
