Avoid rentals from Chass Everitt!

Don't ever use their services. As rental agents they do not abide by the Rental House Act nor Consumer Protection Act. They will milk you for every cent you have and charge exuberant penalties for anything. I have had to fight them legally to get my deposit back and void the excessive penalties. This is despite false advertising of the property and me paying rent every month in a timely manner.
