Agent renting out a property

<p>On renting a property we were not given a going in fault list also not a going out fault list. there is some lawyer called David Roberts that said i must come into his office to see the list. I never dealt with davis roberts to start with i dealt with a agent that got us into the house and out. If i knew that there was going to be 3 people involved in the house i rented wounld not have taken it. House was aweful counld not wait to get out of it dirty when i got in neighbour hood disgusting and the whole thing become nothing loke we told these owners are well lessons well learnt. It is in the housing tribunal at the moment and my attorney.</p>
