Agent has no idea that the unit is sold

Firstly let me start by saying that i am in the process of purchasing my first property and if anybody out there is looking to buy in the Ruimsig area, i will advise you to rather use a different agent instead of Rina or actually try your best to rather use a different agency. This morning i contacted Rina with regard to two units that are available in Fairway Crest Estate. Rina first says that she can't show us the units because there are tentants and owners in place then she says there are other POTENTIAL buyers so we on a waiting list. Now i would think that if the units aren't sold then i can also be a potential buyer. Well it gets better, she then gives the phone to a lady in the office and this lady tells me that both units are sold... Now i was shocked because not even the agent(Rina) who is selling the units knows that they are both sold... I think this is just horrible service and what a bad experiance Chas Everitt is giving us in the purchase of my first property.
