Apply more sensitivity and not be so rigid

<p>Dear good people you may need to jack up your systems if you still want to be relevant with your market appeal as the back office structure is highly rigid and not in line with reputable study houses with their agile, robust and good bed side manners approach.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly note I will pay the outstanding amount and won’t be writing the exams any time soon. Hopefully in the future more understanding can be app****.</p> <p> </p> <p>I find it very hard to believe to postpone an examination it becomes such a challenge. Hopefully in the future you can do better.</p> <p> </p> <p>Future students kindly beware that should you experience any personal trauma this institution is not equipped to help you out you may have to treat your monies paid for an exam as a sunken cost.</p> <p> </p> <p>A highly dissatisfied student.</p> <p> </p>
