Bad bad service

Yesterday I phoned twice and spoke to 2 consultant one in name of Abigail, she said well ref my query to the 1 consultant I was just asking to be send information regarding Level 4 course so I can make decision and info my HR manager. No one send it, today worse I send email to info them about the problem they give they international line to call,how much is that going to cost me? Why not send email or social media contacts? This is very bad service at its best and very disappointed.
