Unfair assesent and impossible deadlines
They just want money and nothing else. My results were very much unfair.
They gave me an impossible deadline and ignored my requests for extentins and challenges expressed to them. 3 days to .ca a remedial.
Dear Ms Hlongwane10 week course in September 2017 and are still in process 6 months later. It is usual practice in education to have a start and end date with programmes, but at Chartall we do understand that some people need more support and more time and we make that possible through a charge to cover costs of providing extra support, additional assessments and additional academic input. All fees and additional charges are detailed in the assessment contract and were part of your orientation. We have been trying to reach you to discuss (a few calls - even at the weekend) but you sent an email to say you cannot call us back and we must keep trying to get hold of you (which we will do, but would appreciate some guidance as to the best time to call you). Emails work well if you are unable to get to your phone. We encourage you to keep going as you are nearly finished and it would be a shame to fail to complete your course after all the work you have put in to date. Let us help you by making yourself available to take our calls. Let us know a suitable time to contact you (you have our email address as you have been in comms with us).
