Disgusting Service
Due to retirement I cancelled a course and am due a refund which was app**** for. Filled in all the forms over 2 weeks ago. I have emailed them tried phoning them NO RESPONSE TOTALLY DISGUSTED

10 May 2019, 13:05Hi Ian, I can find an Ian in our system who wants to cancel but he told us he wanted to cancel due to forced retrenchment. So I am not sure if it is you or not. Maybe you can provide more information. Email *** if you want to provide more info. Refunds do go through a process though and payments can take a few weeks.

10 May 2019, 13:38Refunds need time to be processed. That is not unreasonable. People go on leave, there are processes to follow and so forth. Email as per above if you want to confirm who you are and follow up
