Double Booking

Chart Manor double booked and claimed that a provisional booking was given preference over my confirmed paid booking.

Meagen and Nicole from TravelGround then continued to supply me with a pathetic excuse that they didnt have visibility - surely a paid booking should get preference. They then tried to inundate me with unsuitable booking enquiries. I can't believe that the reviews on this Cottage and owner were so misleading.

My family was really looking forward to this - weekend away ...

TravelGround then gave me no response when I sent them a mail of a place that I would consider instead of a refund. I was sent an email for my banking details for a refund instead ...shocking they didnt even attempt to source a replacement that I would consider.

I am extremely unhappy with this service.
