Bad Attitude and service

What pathetic service, Chart Farm is keeping up with the reputation of 2015. The waitress, Busi, inclusive of management have such bad attitudes and not very friendly. I experienced the worst service rendered and upon requests made, it seem that they have attitudes towards certain clientelle. A request was made to change marmalade jam to apricot or any other and was given a scary attitude face by waitress. No smiles, not even from management. DO NOT request for any sauces, we were given a practically empty bottle of chutney, of which we managed to squeeze out just about a tables**** full! No casual visits to our table from waitress to enqiure whether we are happy with our meal or their pathetic service.
