Please assist
I have a very bad experience with the company. I just wanted them to accept transfer from anothe debt counseling firm but I'm sent from pillar to post. It's very odd as to when I sign up with them they were quick to take my money, now I wanna cut ties with them it's extremely difficult.

21 Dec 2023, 14:16My name is Andrina Tebogo Mokwena ,I trusted a company called Charnel Letitia Ernstzen debt Counselor to take control of my debt for two years when I do my research I found out that my debts were still owing. they failed me their ncr no:NCRDC3026
Their phone number is ***.When I called them to accept my tranfer to another debt counselling firm as it is my right to do so they pretend not to hear me clearly over the phone they send me from pillar to post and I waisted my airtime I no longer want their services anymore as I want ShadoDebt Counselling firm to take over where they failed.
I would like to advise people to not fall victim of such **** I regret having faith in them. I would have maybe deposited a house or something.
