Great customer service

Ordered a personalised pendant which was delivered in 2 days. Upon receiving it l noticed it didn’t have the name I wanted, I sent a text and explained the situation, without hesitation the lady ordered another one for me which was delivered in 2 days again at no extra charge.

It’s been perfect. Very excellent customer service.
