Does NOT follow out instructions!

Orderd a ring for my boyfriend with a simple engraving. I also specifially stated I wanted a heart with a bow through on the ring which the owner assured me I would get. Eventually my bf received this ring. First off, the font was so SMALL and faint you needed a magnifying glass to see it. Secondly, there was no heart with bow through! I compalined the following Monday, and fine, she got another ring delivered. Um, have no idea why she wasted her time because the font may have been bigger, but it's still so faint! And yet again, NO heart with bow through! Bad service!
