Bad communication and false advertising

I sent an email with queries, followed by follow-up emails. I contacted the store via the online chat. It took an entire week to obtain an answer. The website advertises free delivery for orders over R1 000. I added an item to bring my order to over R1 000 only to be advised that free deliveries only apply to customers living within an 85km radius
