What a horrible experience

Charmaine in Escombe Absolutely horrible experience. She completely messed up with my hair - doing the bare minimum and then manipulating me into coming waiting a few weeks and coming back again Upon confirming my next appointment to finally FIX my hair she wants to charge me even more money to do what she already charged me to do but never actually did. She refuses to give me a refund, has been beyond rude to me and indirectly imp**** that I am stupid All I wanted was for her to fix my hair as promised
