Charm SA all BUT South African.....

Perhaps you can allow for zero stars - 1 is definitely exaggerated! Sad to see an organisation with SA in it's name being absolutely everything BUT. No communication, blatant lie on their confirmation e-mail when stating the delivery date. Who would order locally just to have to wait for an international order to be shipped - REMOVE SA from your name, if I wanted to support an international organisation, I would do that (and probably receive my order.....) Upon querying the total lack of communication (ofcourse AFTER payment a week earlier) I am told that shipping can take up to 10 working days as items are imported. Where was that communication on my order confirmation which stated a clear delivery date NOT shipping date. THis is a gift, totally useless when late hence the order placed AND paid for on 26 May already. I would NEVER have ordered from an international organisation, I want to support South Africa. An e-mail address and locally hosted website IS NOT SOUTH AFRICAN. I Also DID NOT order a single item which is out of stock exactly because I am not willing to wait. REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
