this is not what i payed for!!! of i could make it 0 stars i would..

<p>Firstly I got harassed by the parking guard explaining that I am there to pick up (as in 2 min max) a cake. He made me pay an unreasonable amount this was the first unacceptable thing!! Not blaming Charly’s I thought I would let it go and see the cake I ordered (being very exited).</p> <p>Just to mention I called the establishment 2 times before the pick up, to make sure this would be a quick pick up. They were taking their time to begin with and when I got my cake I was utterly disappointed.. R570 for a round cake written happy birthday.. .Anyone could of done a better job. I wouldn’t have been angry if it was priced what it was worth and that would be max R250. The prices online doesn’t even reflect the reality prices.</p> <p>We wouldn’t even get 18 slices out of this cake and it looks dry too…</p> <p>Just to conclude… There is way better bakeries in Cape Town.. Don’t waste your money and time its waaayy over priced for what you get and not even to mention overrated.</p> <p>Constructive criticism wise: Get friendlier staff, get free/discount parking (we as paying customers pay more than enough for your cakes) and ask customers reasonable prices. I know the cake industry, the fondant is expensive, yes, I know, but R570 is a "little" radicals.</p> <p>Will Not Go Back.</p>
