SHOCKING, DISGUSTING & UTTERLY ATTROCIOUS BEHAVIOUR

Without a doubt the most rude person I have ever dealt with. This is now the 4th time over the past couple of years that I have been required to deal with them on behalf of my clients (I am an event co-ordinator). Each and every time I have experienced nothing but abject rudeness, total arrogance and aggression and the most condescending attitude I have ever experienced in my life. From the outset of the phone conversation, I almost could not get a word in, to the point that she was screaming at me. When I tried to raise my voice to attempt to be heard, she continued screaming at me and then just put the phone down. I deal with many vendors in my business, but these people are the rudest I have ever dealt with. When a client requests that I order from them, they never fail to repeat their disgusting behaviour. If I ever have to have the dreadful task of dealing with them in the future I will be sure to record the conversation - as I am 10000% sure they will not disappoint - they will be as rude and shocking as usual. I had the displeasure of having to go and collect an order on behalf of one of my clients a couple of months ago and witnessed an alteration that one of them had with a customer. The poor customer could not even get a single word in. She was spoken down to like a piece of trash. I was utterly speechless!!! I only wish Hellopeter had a "0" as an option because a "1" is just too good for them!!! The ****ness displayed on the little ****y TV show is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like they are in real life.
