Rudest manager and no regard for the customer

Today Friday 16th November 10.30am, my friend and I went to check out the cakes to order for our year end function for 100 people. We wanted to give them something special and heard about Charlies. We decided as we were still early that we would enjoy the morning sun and a nice cup of coffee. We ordered 2 Americano coffees, 1 black and 1 with milk. The barrister made the black coffee so full with hot water that it was completely weak and so hot is burned my tongue. Both coffees were watered down. I took it inside and asked that he please run only a half cup that will make it stronger and not to top it up fullw ith hot water. The coffee came back the same. Asked the waiter to please return and send a half cup out as I want coffee not water. The manager (believe the owners daughter) came out and very rudely said CAN I GIVE YOU TEA AS I AM NOT MAKING YOU ANOTHER COFFEE. I asked her to keep her voice down as she is talkign loud infront ogf the customers. SHE SAYS TO ME
