Obnoxious management

Wow, the manager at Charly's Bakery is possibly the rudest person I have had to deal with in a long time. Not only was she rude to me but to my team members as well. She screamed and shouted as we were trying to ascertain information to help her/ address her issue. We work in the service industry but she is the pits.
