Charlys bakery sucks

Wow really not impressed with this people service or attitude they really suck big time. I recall when my gf at the time ordered from them we had to fork out extra money for them to fix a cake that they messed up because they placed in the wrong box and when one of their employees helped us to the car even they advised that this was not the first time this occured. The owners even had the ordasity to argue with us as customers how unprofessional is that, i think their success has gone to their head even their arrogance im disugusted and i would ever buy their again. how these people are still in operation remains a mystery to me bceuase your people skills are ***.
