POOR SERVICE AND ****** STAY CLEAR!!!!!

I paid a deposit to buy a vehicle from these guys, the service and the hassle to get my deposit back , speak about customer service or service delivery , stay away from this specific "dealership" they are ****** , after numerous failed communications i had to call after them via sms, emails and phone calls not to mention the stories of them being unable to send proof of payment here are some of their examples below of their reasons:

* THE LIGHTS ARE OFF * NO NETWORK. *WILL SEND THE PROOF OF PAYMENT AFTER WORKING HOURS ( AT NIGHT) * WILL SEND IT IN THE NEXT 2 MINUTES. * I AM IN A MEETING CANT SPEAK NOW. *I AM DRIVING CANT SPEAK NOW . *CALL YOU BACK IN A MINUTES ( WHICH NEVER HAPPENS) * VOICE IMITATIONS AMONGST OTHER

i have not received any feedback up to date i decided to go the legal route , pressed charges against them . they are ***** and very good at it. they operate with two accounts a FNB ACCOUNT AND A STANDARD BANK ACCOUNT . please think twice before ever conducting cash payments, finance deals or holding deposits .

the worst ever experience please stay away .
