Pump Warranty

Be careful they do ***** stuff. Bought a Scala 2 Pump from a supplier which purchased from Charlson, and when the pump packed up 12 months after purchase, Pump has 24 month warranty, Charlson refused to go to Grundfos and claim the warranty. So Charlson said buy a new pump, and this is after they could not "fix" the pump themselves. I went straight to Grundfos and they gave me a new replacement pump - no charge - as per their warranty. So charlson is doing ***** stuff with pump warranties - be warned !!!
