Customer Care taken to another level

I recently purchased a gift set for my elderly Aunt. The set consisted of a body cream, bath salts and bath foam. My Aunt, however, loves bath salts. I sent the company a message asking if they could possibly replace the bath foam with a bath salt, which they did, without fuss or additional cost. I am so impressed at their consideration especially in this year which has been difficult for many.
