Worste hospital ever

Not sure who ****ed this hospital up. Either our new retarded government or wits university. the place is a nightmare with reallly daft staff if they pitch up. They have no sense of time. The eye clinic staff have their kids in the offices playing around. People are requested to pitch up for screening etc at 7:30am. And end up waiting till well after 9am. I think wits should either be removed from the hospital or government but this was a first rate institution until the new government and wits got involved
