We cant as family see new borns

I don't understand why we cannot see one of the family members once they have given birth , and that only fathers of the baby's are allowed I mean the lady that gave birth is my sister and im not allowed to see her, what if the new born does not have a father they mom and father are no longer in contact, What if the child was born from **** I find it so hard to understand that RULE it does not make sense at all in fact its STUPID.<br> <br> something must be dealt with this I mean those NURSES ARE HORRIBLE THEY DONT HAVE SYTMPHATHY AND THEY ARE RUDE WHEN THEY TALK TO YOU. ITS JUST NOT RIGHT
