Unhappy with South Africa's Government Hospital Care

I cannot believe that a government hospital will turn a person away after receiving a a letter to have a MRI done. All because she doesn't stay in Johannesburg (Gauteng). This is unexceptionable. How can they show a patient away as she is living in South Africa and has family from Vereeniging to Kempton Park. Our Country has gone down so much that you even get denied medical treatment from a government hospital.
