Turning patients away; arrogance and lack of empat

Took a family member to hospital. The nurse on duty refused to treat.Just said the patient must go to hilbrow; the hospital is an academic institute; they just work on referral from other hospitals. She was so rude to other patients as well; there was a white patient who wanted clarity as to where she should go after taking bp; the nurse ignored the patient and spoke in her home language to her colueque..saying she can't repeat what<br> she said to her\. The employees there they sent dire patients away without checking them at all. The attitude is very bad. They are not public servants ...they are ********s... our systems are collapsing ...may you please refer the matter to ministry that actually listen to people. Health service in this area is in bad state..I went to hilbrow after the ordeal
