Terrible service

Ireceived shocking service after arriving for my son s appointment for an operation, the sister at 8th floor the way she was talking was very hostile. She told me to go and get my passport which they didn't even use when I booked for admission, to book and pay it took me for about 2 hours, it's pathetic the operation at 7th floor we waited no explanation if the doctor involved was busy or what. This is pathetic I believe the SA department of health should look into this
