Small fire causing big problems

Could it be that the recent questionable Fire is used as an excuse for Health care workers to legally strike due to Covid phobias? We were referred to this notorious state "Hospital" at end of 2016 for life threatening medical issues..... after many a long queue are we still awaiting treatment in 2021?
