Shocking Treatment of Patient

I father had a stroke a few days ago and was sent to Charlotte Maxeke hospital. It took 16 hours for the hospital to treat him (if they ever did) . They sent him for a scan after we had fought with them to take him to for the scan. We dont know even know if they gave him an injection for his stroke within the hour of his stroke which might have saved his life. They took him to a casual ward after 18 hours (ward 587 in the neurosurgeon ward). He was there for 7 days where he eventually died. They did not feed him properly(if they did). 99% of the staff were rude and did not have any compassion. In my opinion the doctors were young and inexperienced. We were never informed of his progress/treatment. We had to continuously ask the nurses and doctors. Most of the nurses were rude,unhelpful
