Poor hospital service

Government hospitals are under staffed and over worked but the staff that are there have committed to helping South African citizens who are in serious need of health care and cannot afford to go to a private hospital but the people that are at these hospitals do nothing for the patients that are there. A family member of mine has cancer he has a massive tumor growing out of his mouth doctors at joburg Gen have said they cannot help him he needs to go for chemo to shrink the tumor but his only been for 2 sessions and that was it his back in hospital but no care the nurses don't check on him there's no doctors to see to him people in Goverment facilities have a responsibility to the South African people who cannot afford proper health care
