Noise levels when loadshedding the consultant could not hear to assist us .

It disgusting at how much disrespect teh admin staff have. There was loadshedding and I understand PC are not in line so they sit and chat amongst them selves.

But I draw the line at disrespect when they start speaking at the top of thier voices so much that the consultant who was try to help us could not hear us.

Then when I asked them to be a bit softer the one went off at e saying why must I order them Round who am I to tell them what to do then she pronotly told me to SHUT UP!!!

So direspectfull and then she said coz you so use to ordering us around.. well that is another line I draw I'm Chinese ans I am also considered is advantaged there is no such thing as coz you you feel insecure

The consultant who was helping us was very helpful but I'm highly disappointed by I should I have expected anything less.

After her vent at me they continued to talk but in a normal matter. Which is what I asked for to begin with.
